After registration you get an email with an activating link. You have to open the link to finalize your registration. So be careful to give an existing email address which you frequently check.

The unactivated accounts are deleted in every 24 hours. Gmail is the most preferred email account, citromail and freemail are absolutely not recommended because of their unreliability.
